Discuss request for waiving condition on special permit for public safety communications tower at Police Station. Police and Fire chiefs want Verizon to install cell phone receivers to improve communications; town would receive lease payments from Verizon, who would do all engineering and installations work.
Effort to conserve Smith “Fieldstone Farm” has commenced and project representatives coming in. The group is looking for Planning Board assistance in determining a plan for house lots to sell and defray costs.
Zoning for “adult entertainment.” Draft based on samples from Westminster, surrounding towns
